June 27, 2025 - Funkhouser Weekly Report

The Shenandoah Valley real estate market continues to show steady activity as we move into summer. Harrisonburg and Rockingham County saw a 10.2% increase in new listings compared to this time last year, while the median sales price rose to $325,000.
