Joe Funkhouser began his real estate career in 1972 and soon realized the need for a comprehensive real estate firm to serve the Shenandoah Valley. The firm grew from two associates in a small office in Downtown Harrisonburg to a firm with over eighty REALTORS® representing clients throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Joe created a tradition of industry leadership which continues to be upheld by the second generation.
