Sarah brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to real estate, blending her background in education and planning with a sharp eye for design. As a REALTOR® with the Valley Homes Team, she is known for helping buyers and sellers feel informed, supported, and steady throughout every step of the process. In addition to representing clients in the transaction, Sarah specializes in preparing homes for the market through professional staging and design consultations, helping sellers present their homes at their very best and stand out in a competitive market. Raised locally and a proud James Madison University alumna, she offers deep insight into Harrisonburg and Rockingham County and uses that local expertise to help clients love where they live.

Before entering real estate, Sarah spent more than a decade working at James Madison University and later in local nonprofit management. These experiences shaped her strengths in communication, strategy, and follow-through, as well as her passion for guiding people through significant life transitions. Clients appreciate her collaborative style, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to keep the process clear, organized, and encouraging from start to finish.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University and returned to Harrisonburg after living in Ohio and North Carolina. She and her husband, Chris, are raising their two sons, Landon and Isaac, in the community they love. Outside of real estate, Sarah is an avid JMU sports fan, active in her church, a supporter of the local arts scene, and engaged in organizations that help strengthen the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County community.
