Phillip and LeeAnn Maxwell relocated in 2024 to Harrisonburg from a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. Why you ask? The very compelling reason is that four of the six grandchildren live nearby! While relatively new to the Shenandoah Valley, they are NOT new to the real estate industry. In fact, LeeAnn started in the mortgage industry right across the border in West Virginia. Her vast background in residential lending has been a tremendous advantage in navigating the tricky financial waters of each transaction. Phillip comes from a sales background from advertising to media to billboards to real estate and his savvy negotiating prowess has propelled them to consistently being in the top 5% of one of the largest markets in the country. They remain excited to learn more and more about their new home and even more excited to bring their expertise to home buyers and sellers! When not helping clients, they can be found cheering on Hank at basketball games or track meets, Ben as he rounds third base or grabs a rebound on the basketball court, Harper as she does an arabesque on stage, and Nellie as she scores another goal in lacrosse. Be sure and reach out and tell them where your favorite restaurants and breweries are in the area and where the best dog parks are for their wanna be Irish wolfhounds, Buzz and Clyde!
