Jen Chapman

Jen Chapman was born in Northern Virginia and moved to the Shenandoah Valley as a child.  She feels fortunate to have grown up in such a beautiful area of Virginia.

Jen has over 18 years of experience in real estate including residential sales and property management.  She currently serves as Director of Client Services. Jen has over 18 years of experience in real estate including residential sales and property management.  She currently serves as Director of Client Services. Her knowledge and understanding of the real estate market play an important part in helping implement initiatives within the company to ensure client satisfaction.  Jen has also served as a member of Virginia REALTORS® Risk Management Committee and Standard Forms Committee as a member and past Chair. 

Jen resides in Rockingham County with her husband where they raised two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, being outdoors and reading a good book.
