A Rockingham County native, Emily has deep roots in the communities she serves. Emily specializes in navigating clients through short term rental investments & has owned/operated her own STR’s in Massanutten & Eastern Rockingham County for years, giving her first-hand knowledge & experience that is invaluable to her clients.

Emily works alongside her father, Jack Rose, helping clients buy and sell residential properties, land & farms throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Whether assisting a first-time homebuyer, helping a homeowner prepare to sell by offering staging, or working with someone searching for an income producing investment property, Emily provides knowledgeable & attentive service throughout the real estate process.

Emily earned her B.S. degree from Central Connecticut State University, where her studies included marketing and business practices. Her background in marketing and graphic design provides an added advantage for her seller clients. Emily understands how thoughtful presentation and effective marketing can help a property stand out and uses that experience to showcase her clients' homes across multiple marketing channels.

Outside of real estate, Emily enjoys camping with her family, cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
