Christian White, REALTOR®, is an emerging real estate professional and finance student at James Madison University, where he is pursuing his degree with an expected graduation date of May 2027. His academic concentration in finance provides him with a strong foundation in market analysis, investment strategy, and financial decision-making — valuable assets for clients navigating today’s real estate market.

Christian is also a proud member of the Tri-Alpha Honor Society at JMU, reflecting his dedication to academic excellence, leadership, and perseverance.

Real estate has always been part of Christian’s life. Inspired by both of his parents, who are active professionals in the industry, he developed a passion for real estate at a young age. Growing up around contracts, negotiations, listings, and closings gave him early insight into what it takes to succeed in the business — and how important trust and relationships are in every transaction.

Before officially launching his career as a REALTOR®, Christian gained valuable hands-on experience working as a real estate assistant. This role sharpened his understanding of:

• Transaction coordination and contract processes
• Property marketing and listing preparation
• Market research and local housing trends

Christian is highly motivated and committed to delivering a professional, seamless, and client-focused experience.

Outside of real estate and academics, Christian leads an active and disciplined lifestyle. He enjoys cooking, bodybuilding, hiking, sports, and scuba diving — having completed over 30 dives. His commitment to personal growth and discipline carries over into his professional life, where consistency and dedication define his work ethic.
