  • 1.  Conveyances altered before recording.
  • 2.  Instruments executed under fabricated or expired power of attorney.
  • 3.  Fraud, duress or coercion in securing essential signatures.
  • 4.  Deeds delivered after death of grantor or grantee, or without consent of grantor.  
  • 5.  Invalid, suppressed, undisclosed and erroneous interpretation of wills.
  • 6.  Undisclosed or missing heirs.
  • 7.  Deeds by persons of unsound minds.
  • 8.  Deeds by minors.
  • 9.  Deeds by persons supposedly single but secretly married.
