Shirley is a native of Shenandoah County, a graduate of Central High School in
Woodstock and Lord Fairfax Community College. Shirley began her real estate career in
1999 and has worked as a full time Realtor since that time. She is an active member of
Massanutten Association of Realtors, served on committees and has been a past Board of
Director. She frequently attends many educational classes as well as the Virginia
Association of Realtors Conventions. She is a recipient of the coveted Code of Ethics
Award 2002, Rookie of the Year Award 2000 and Realtor of the Year Award in 2006.
Shirley is married to Doug French, Jr. and they have three children: Trip, Hubbel, and
Allie. They reside on a river front farm where they have a cattle and hay operation. Call
