Pete Bonavita Associate Broker

After my retirement from the Fairfax County Police Department, I made the decision to begin my second career. I became a licensed realtor in 1985, and approximately five years later after completing the required broker’s courses, I became a licensed Associate Broker with a local firm.

In 1993 I ventured into my own brokerage and opened Four Star Realty, Inc. In 2019, I merged my brokerage with Funkhouser and Associates, and since that time I have been an Associate Broker with the Funkhouser Real Estate Group.
I am a member of the Harrisonburg Rockingham Board of Realtors, and my service area is Rockingham, Page, and Augusta Counties, along with the cities of Harrisonburg, Staunton, and Luray.

Over the years I have listed and sold residential, commercial, land, and have been involved in developing new commercial and residential developments. I have been involved in just about all of the Real Estate issues that could possibly occur. I have the experience to represent you with all of your real estate needs.
