Logan Evans REALTOR, GRI

Logan was born and raised in Rockingham County. After graduating from Turner Ashby High School in 2000, and prior to obtaining his real estate license, Logan enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served 4 years in active duty. He spent 15 years in the hospitality industry where he was in upper management roles for a wide range of restaurants located in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Massanutten Resort, and lastly Harrisonburg as General Manager of Joshua Wilton House and the Local Chop & Grill House.

Providing an excellent customer experience through top notch service is a passion for Logan, which is why working with new people every day while helping them to buy and sell property has become the perfect career. Logan thrives on lifelong learning to better serve his clients and just recently earned his GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) in addition to his researching the local market on a daily basis.

Logan lives in Bridgewater with his amazing wife, Megan, their two sons, Cameron and Connor, their beautiful daughter, Caitlyn, and their trouble-making dog, Sadie.
