Linda is a Realtor and an Associate Broker, obtaining her Virginia Real Estate Broker license in 1998. She provides all types of real estate services, including listing properties for sale and helping purchasers select the homes that they like and that suit their needs. Linda specializes in Harrisonburg City, Rockingham County and parts of Augusta and Shenandoah Counties.

In listing a home it is important to research the pricing in the area where the home is located and use this information to obtain a price range to make sure the property will sell in a timely period.
