Ken Hensley Associate Broker, CRS, GRI

Ken and Lisa Hensley are a Husband and Wife team with strong roots in Rockingham County. Both grew up in Rockingham County, Ken in East Rockingham and Lisa in the Bridgewater Area. Together they strive to insure their clients receive the highest level of service and market specialization. Ken specializes in negotiating while Lisa focuses on pricing and marketing, so all the important bases of the home buying and selling process are covered.
Ken started his real estate career in 1984 and his dedication to the industry has been with him from the start. He quickly earned his GRI and CRS so that he could better understand and serve the needs of his clients. He then went on to achieve his Associate Brokers License. He has received many achievement awards during the course of his career locally, regionally, and nationally.
He starts each day with a commitment to do what is best for his clients and customers. It is this drive, along with his proven ability to close a deal, that delivers desirable sales outcomes to his clients. His rigorous work ethics bring added value to the buying and selling of real estate.
Lisa started her career in 1996 and is equally as dedicated to client satisfaction and customer service. She has received her REO and SFR Designations and is currently working on both her CRS Designation and her Associate Brokers License. She has received many awards over the course of her career including top transaction awards for the Harrisonburg Association of Realtors and her Top Listing Agent for her firm.
She continually looks for new ideas and tools to help her clients make informed decisions when purchasing or selling with the most up to date tools available. Her ideas save clients valuable time, money, and gives them many advantages over the competition.
Ken and Lisa both believe in giving back to the community. Both are active members in their community and their industry and give their time freely whenever the opportunity arises.
