Courtney brings energy, hard work, integrity, compassion, and commitment to everything she does - particularly helping people find their forever home. Raised in Bridgewater, VA, Courtney has a deep knowledge of both the city of Harrisonburg, and Rockingham County. It is this intimate knowledge along with her passion for real estate that serves her clients well.

Courtney attended James Madison University and received a Bachelors degree in Communications and a Masters Degree in Adult Human Resource Development. She has worked in marketing, consulting, and event planning for local businesses such as WHSV TV3 and Shenandoah Harley-Davidson. She has also served as a Manager for her family-owned small business in Rockingham County.

Courtney’s love and energy for the real estate industry began as a child through a variety of moves in her early childhood, the building of a custom home, and selling/purchasing two homes as a young adult. This passion exponentially grew while performing marketing research and serving as an administrative support to a successful real estate Associate Broker in Harrisonburg.

Courtney is a dedicated Christian, wife, and mother to four beautiful children. Her favorite hobbies include sewing, bike riding, camping, and traveling with her husband and children. Courtney can’t wait to help families such as her own find their dream home.
