Before her career even started, Cheyenne was surrounding herself with knowledge of the Real Estate industry. Obtaining a mentorship in 2008 lead to her first Real Estate position was where her path started to becoming a REALTOR. Between then and now she has worked with Real Estate in both Georgia & Virginia and has gained hands-on experience in Real Estate marketing, government & fair housing, student & non-student investment properties, remodeling, property & portfolio management, and sales. Although originally from Pennsylvania, Cheyenne has lived most of her life in Augusta County. Most recently living in Harrisonburg, she managed a very large & diverse portfolio there for over 5 years and became licensed in 2013 prior to making the transition to Funkhouser Real Estate Group.
Graduating from Bridgewater College in 2012, Cheyenne obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in just three years. She now lives in Staunton with her husband Devan and their Goldendoodle Josie. In her personal time, she enjoys hosting friends & family, attending local valley events, and traveling.
Thankful for the growth opportunities, she attributes her success to her hard work ethic, high regard for ethics & efficiency, and facing the challenges in her path that have shaped her into the well-rounded REALTOR she is today with grace. Cheyenne understands the home buying and selling process can be stressful and confusing, so she prides herself on offering clients clarity and relief by being dedicated to their goals and providing resources for a positive home buying and selling experience with her.
